Attaching the charge air cooler
- Check the seal (1)
for damage and replace if necessary.
- Check sealing ring (1)
for damage, replace if necessary.
- Feed the charge air cooler (6) in and install it.
- Tighten down screws (5)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Charge air cooler to holder M6x35 tightening torque 8 Nm - Secure the coolant lines (arrowed) to the clamps.
- Lock clamps (4)
.
The clamps (4) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (3)
and lock.
The connectors (3) must engage audibly.
- Insert and install charge air line (2) .
- Tighten down screws (1) .
