Installing the lock cylinder in the glove compartment lid

• Check the detent bar (1)  and the guard controls (2)  for damage, replace the lock cylinder if necessary.
• Insert the vehicle key in the lock cylinder.
• Insert the lock cylinder in the opener of the glove compartment lid and snap-in by applying pressure.
