Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT UNDERBODY PROTECTION OR FRONT THRUST FIELD .
- Refer to REMOVING THE UNDERBODY PROTECTION OF THE STEERING GEAR AND THRUST FIELD RESPECTIVELY .
- Refer to REMOVING THE STIFFENING PLATE .
- Release wiring harness section (1)
from holder (2)

- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Unlock snap-in lug (3) with a commercially available screwdriver (2) , and push upwards out of guide.
- Release the wiring harness mounting (5) .
- Pull plug connection (4) downward.
- Unlock plug connection (4) and disconnect.
