Remove the decorative strip on the dashboard on the left

Preliminary work

Refer to REMOVING THE SIDE PANEL ON THE LEFT DASHBOARD .

Unclip the decorative strip (1) toward the rear out of the clamps (2) .
Unlock associated plug connection and disconnect.

Remove decorative strip (1) .
