Remove the trim from the rear bumper panel

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING LICENSE PLATE .

• Loosen screw (1).
• Unclip cover for towing eye (2).

• Pull the trim (1) back slightly at the opening for the towing eye (2).
• Insert special tool 2 298 505 between the trim (1) and the bumper cover and release the detents (3).
