Install front seat

After continuing work on the front seat: Disconnect front seat from the wiring harness of the vehicle and remove it from the universal seat mount

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Only carry out the following step if the front seat needs to undergo electrical adjustment.

Disconnect the special tool 0 496 519 (61 4 150) from the wiring harness of the vehicle and from the removed front seat.

CAUTION: Heavy component.
Heavy components can lead to injury or damage.

Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Careless handling of tools and sharp-edged components.
Scratches, surface damage.

Cover the door sill using protective covers.

Heavy components can lead to injury or damage.
- Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.
With the assistance of another, lift the front seat into the vehicle and position.
Place front seat to the rear and connect the connector (1) .

Activate vehicle electrical system

Tighten down screws (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Seat to body
Cheese head screw with collar Replace screw	Tightening torque	42 Nm
