JBE: Junction Box Electronics

Numerous functions are provided in the junction box electronics (JBE). For example, the junction box electronics (JBE) process multiple signals which it makes available to other bus users on the bus system.

Across the local interconnect network bus, the junction box electronics (JBE) collects the signals of the rain-light-solar-condensation sensor. The junction box electronics (JBE) makes the signals available to other bus users in the bus system. The junction box electronics (JBE) are the central control unit for all wiping and wash functions, for example. Via the data bus, the junction box electronics (JBE) transmits the current wiping request. The electronics in the wiper motor, for example, reads out this request and initiates the respective interval stage.
