66 53 060 Removing and installing/replacing Top View camera on left or right

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove PROTECTIVE CAP FROM EXTERIOR MIRROR

NOTE: Shown with exterior mirror removed for purposes of clarity.

Release screws (1).

Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.

Remove lower housing section (4).

Installation note:

Make sure lower housing section (4) is correctly fitted in guide (3).

Release screws (1).

Remove Top View camera (2).

Calibration:

Calibration is performed via BMW diagnosis system:
- Service function
- Body
- All-round vision camera
- Calibration of all-round vision camera
