61 33 060 Removing and installing/replacing both fanfare horns

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• REMOVE FRONT RIGHT WHEEL ARCH COVER (FRONT SECTION) .

Removal: 

Only for version with auxiliary cooler: 

Release screws (1).

Remove auxiliary cooler (2) in direction of arrow from holder.

Only for version with auxiliary cooler: 

Release screws (1).

Remove air duct (2).

High-tone fanfare: 

Unlock and disconnect the connector (1).

Remove nut (2) and remove fanfare (3) with holder.

Low-tone fanfare: 

Unlock and disconnect the connector (1).

Remove nut (2) and remove fanfare (3) with holder.

Installation: 

High-tone fanfare: 

Fit fanfare (3) into place and tighten nut (2).

Connect the connector (1).

Low-tone fanfare: 

Fit fanfare (3) into place and tighten nut (2).

Connect the connector (1).

Only for version with auxiliary cooler: 

Fit air duct (2) into place and tighten with screws (1).

Fit auxiliary cooler (2) in opposite direction of arrow into holder.

Tighten down screws (1).

• REMOVE WHEEL ARCH COVER AT FRONT (FRONT SECTION) RIGHT .
