11 12 719 Resurfacing cylinder head lower face (N52T)

Necessary preliminary work:

Remove CYLINDER HEAD
Remove EXHAUST CAMSHAFT .
Remove INTERMEDIATE LEVER on intake side

Check evenness of cylinder head lower faces with a standard straightedge (1).

NOTE: Max. deviation from level (longitudinal) 0.10 mm

Check evenness of cylinder head lower faces with a standard straightedge (1).

NOTE: Max. deviation from level (transverse) 0.05 mm

Check cylinder head for WATER LEAKS .

Assemble engine.
