Replacement: Remounting intake pipe and camshaft sprocket

• Loosen screws (1).
• Remount the intake pipe (2).
• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Intake pipe to oil pump
  M6x25	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Hold down the camshaft sprocket (2) and the oil vacuum pump using a suitable tool and release the screw (1).

  The screw (1) features a left-hand thread.

  NOTE: Carry out work with a second person assisting.

• Remount camshaft sprocket (1).
• Observe the installation position of the mounting flats (arrows) on the oil pump.
• Make sure that the labeling FRONT is visible on the camshaft sprocket (1).

• Replace the screw (1).

  Parts:  screw

• Hold down the camshaft sprocket (2) and the oil vacuum pump using a suitable tool and tighten the screw (1).
