Remove Hood
Prerequisite
- The vehicle has currently no active pedestrian protection system.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE JET CHAIN PARTIALLY .
NOTE:

- Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
- Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.
NOTE:
The operations shown only for one side must be carried out on both sides.
- Support the hood.
- Unfasten nut (1).
- Release nut (2) and remove hood.
