Install brake caliper in the rear

• Attach brake hose to the holder (1).
• Attach and tighten brake hose (2) on brake caliper.
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake hose to brake caliper, rear
  	Tightening torque	24 Nm

• Make sure the brake hose is not is not twisted or resting on components attached to the body.
• Attach and tighten union screw (1).

  Hold on to square shaft, if necessary (2).

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake pipe screw connection/Union screws
  	Tightening torque	17 Nm

Follow-up work 

• Remove the brake PEDAL TENSIONER .
• Grease brake pads, brake anchor plate and brake caliper with brake PAD PASTE .
• Install rear BRAKE PADS .
• Install the rear brake pad WEAR SENSOR .
• Install rear left or right WHEEL .
• FLUSH AND VENT  the rear axle brake circuit.
• START-UP OR BED IN (BREAK)-IN new brake pads and blades (rear brake).
