Installing the door sill trim panel
Prerequisite
The front and rear doors are open.
- If required, connect relevant connector.
NOTE:

- Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
- Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.
- Guide the door sill trim panel (1) in carefully and position it.
- Clip in the door sill trim panel (1) on the clips (2) starting from the front.
- Tighten the screws (1) and the nut (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Check the clips (3) and the sealing rings for damage and replace if necessary.
- Clip the front wheel arch trim (2) onto the clips (3).
- Mount blind rivet (1) using the special tool 0 496 521 (00 2 230)
.
- Check the clips (2) and the sealing rings for damage and replace if necessary.
- Clip the rear wheel arch trim (1) onto the clips (2).
- Mount blind rivet (1) using the special tool 0 496 521 (00 2 230) .
