Remove the window frame trim from the front door
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Remove the mirror triangle COVER .
- Remove the door handle TRIM .
- Remove front door TRIM PANEL .
- Remove front inner window CHANNEL STRIP. .
- Remove the cover on the WINDOW FRAME ..
- Carefully remove the rubber window seal (1) in the working area.
- Loosen screws (2).
- Fold the front window frame trim (3) back slightly and guide it out to the top.
