Removing The Tail Panel

NOTE: Perform the steps on the left and right side.

Mark and make the separating cut (1) according to the dimension a. Disconnect only the outer panel.
Dimension a = approx. 20 mm below the component edge of the tail light stand.

NOTE: Install the new part overlapping in area of the separating cut.

Release the welded connections in the areas (1) and remove the tail panel.

Make the separating cut (1) according to the schematic diagram,
Release the welded connections (2) and remove the cut panel section (3).

Release the welded connections in the areas (1) and (2) with the file belt sander and remove the tail panel inner part.
