Installing the door sill trim panel

Precondition 

The front and rear doors are open,

• Check the detents (arrows) and replace the support of the door sill trim panel as needed.

  The detents must not be damaged or missing.

• Feed in the door sill trim panel (1  ) and engage it in the detents (arrows).

• Check the detents (arrows) and replace the support of the door sill trim panel as needed.

  The detents must not be damaged or missing.

• Starting at the front, engage the door sill trim panel (1) in all detents along the broken line (arrows).

• Tighten the screws (1).
• Tighten nut (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Side sill trim panel
  screw	Tightening torque	3 Nm
  Plastic nut	Tightening torque	2.6 Nm
