Installing the electric coolant pump for the charge air cooler and the air conditioning condenser
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

- Position the electric coolant pump (2) .
- Connect connectors (1)
and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Insert and install the retainer (2) .
- Make sure the retainer (2) is positioned correctly.
NOTE:
RISK OF DAMAGE
Improper screw length can cause component damage .
The use of screws of improper length can lead to component damage .

- Note the correct screw length.
- Install screws that correspond to the original length.
- Tighten the screws (1) .
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

| M6 Replace screws. |
tightening torque | 8 Nm |
- Connect and lock coolant line (2) and (3) .
- Make sure that you can hear coolant lines (2) and (3) engage.
- Secure the clamp (1) .
- Secure the coolant line (3) to the holder (4) .
