51 43 201 Removing and installing or replacing trim for roof pillar at front (A-pillar), left or right
WARNING:
Follow SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
for working on vehicles with airbag systems.
IMPORTANT:
Do not use any sharp-edged tools to remove trim panel (risk of damage to head airbag).
Lever out cover (1) and release screw underneath.
Tightening torque 51 43 1AZ .
Release trim panel (2) inwards from clips (3).
Feed out trim panel (2) upwards from dashboard.
Installation note:
Make sure edge protection (1) is correctly seated.
If necessary, lever out clips (3) remaining in body and insert in trim panel (2).
Replace faulty clips (3).
