Removing and installing/replacing left luggage compartment wheel arch trim (X5 M)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove the ROLLER COVER .
• Remove the LEFT BACKREST SIDE SECTION .

  Open flap in luggage compartment trim panel on left (1).

  Version with storage compartment package: 

  Unscrew bolt (1) on lashing eye (2).

  Detach clips (1).

  Feed out luggage compartment wheel arch panel (2).

  If replacing with storage compartment package version: 

  Remove multifunction hook (1).

  Remove tensioning strap (2).
