61 61 270 Removing and installing or replacing console for windscreen washer system complete with motor

Before installing the wiper arms, allow wiper motor to run into rest position.
IMPORTANT:
Emergency operation - danger of injury!
Disconnect BATTERY GROUND LEAD
Disconnect BATTERY GROUND LEAD
Necessary preliminary work:
- Remove COWL PANEL COVER
Release screws (1).
Remove center air duct (2).
Installation note:
Make sure center air duct (2) is fitted correctly.
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque 61 61 3AZ .
Remove mounting bracket for windscreen wiper system (2) in direction of arrow.
Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Detach mounting bracket for windscreen wiper system (2).
Installation note:
Make sure mounting bracket for windscreen wiper system is fitted correctly.
