13 62 585 Replace the exhaust pressure sensor on the exhaust turbocharger (N47 D20 O1)

Only perform this repair work on an engine that has cooled down.

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Read out the fault memory of the DDE control unit.
- Switch off ignition.
- Remove INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING .
Unlock connector (1) and remove.
Release clamp (2).
Unclip the exhaust-gas temperature sensor (3) and remove from the pressure hose.
Installation note:
Immediately secure pressure hose back to the hose clamp on the exhaust back pressure sensor.
Installation note:
After replacing the exhaust back pressure sensor, carry out an adaptation using the, Exhaust back pressure sensor upstream of "exhaust turbocharger" diagnosis system.
Check stored error/fault messages.
Delete fault memory.
