Installing the seal for the tailgate

• Remove the residual sealant on the body.
• Clean the fold with solvent cleaner R2.

• Replace the seal (1).

  Parts:  Seal

  The seal (1) must be replaced, otherwise leak-tightness is not guaranteed.

• Feed in the seal (1) from the sealing joint (2) starting behind the bumper panel and connect on the fold.
• Ensure correct fit of seal (1) on all adjacent components.
