31 11 039 Removing and installing/replacing front stiffening plate (all-wheel drive vehicles only)
IMPORTANT:
Observe SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
for raising the vehicle
Driving without stiffening plate is not permissible!
Driving without stiffening plate is not permissible!
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque 31 10 2AZ .
Remove thrust panel (reinforcement plate) (2).
Installation note:
Replace screws (1).
