Install coolant line between coolant pump and heat exchanger

• Replace O-ring (1) in the coolant pump.

  Parts:  O-ring

• Guide in coolant line and lock.
• Connect coolant line to retaining clip (2) and lock.

Installing the left throttle body 

Replacing the seal on the left intake system 

• Replace the seal (1).

  Parts:  Gasket.

Prepare the throttle body 

• Replace the seal (1).

  Parts:  Seal

• Position throttle body.
• Check the plug connection (1) for coolant residue.

  If necessary, clean with compressed air.

• Connect plug connection (1) and lock.

• Tighten down screws (3).

Tightening torques 

Throttle body to intake manifold
screw	Tightening torque	7 Nm

• Fix wiring harness mounting (1).

Tighten the heater return 

• Position the heater return (2) in the coolant pump.
• Tighten down screw (1).

  • Position the cover of the master DME control unit (1)
  • Engage the cover panel of the master DME control unit (1) downwards with the clamps (2) and the guide pins (3) in the carrier plate of the DME.
• Refer to INSTALLING THE COVER PANEL OF THE SLAVE DME CONTROL UNIT .
