Removing and installing (replacing) left front door sensor (US version)

Incorrect handling can activate airbag and cause injury.

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Partly remove SOUND INSULATION AT FRONT DOOR .

Slacken nut (1).

Tightening torque 65 77 4AZ .

Feed out sensor (2) towards bottom.

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Remove sensor (2).
