51 21 182 Replacing cover on outside handle with locking cylinder

Operation is identical to: 

Remove and install/replace complete locking cylinder from left or right front door,

refer to 51 21 140 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING COMPLETE LOCK CYLINDER IN LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR .
