Removal & Installation

  1. Remove lower left trim for instrument panel. Unclip regulator for evaporator and remove connector. See Fig 1 .
  2. Unfasten screw and unclip left footwell air outlet. Unfasten screws and remove connector.
  3. Press actuator drive slightly downwards and unclip actuating lever.
  4. To install, reverse removal procedure. Press actuating lever into shaft until it is heard to engage, then tighten down actuator drive.
