Removing and installing/replacing left or right number/license plate light

Special tools required:

IMPORTANT: Follow instructions for HANDLING LIGHT BULBS (EXTERIOR LIGHTS) .

Lever out licence plate light (1) with special tool 64 1 020 in direction of arrow (A) from tailgate (2).

Remove number/license plate light (1) in direction of arrow (B).

Disconnect plug connection underneath.

Replacement:

NOTE: Verify BULB TYPE .

LED technology lights can only be replaced completely!
