Removing and installing or replacing trim panel for cover on left or right side member (M4 Coupe, M4 Convertible)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove DOOR SILL COVER STRIP .

Release expanding rivet (1).

Release screws (1).

Unclip trim panel (1) at front and rear.

Open the door and remove the trim panel (1) In direction of arrow and remove.

Installation note: 

Latch mechanisms (1) on holder (2) must not be damaged.
