Removing and installing/replacing left or right gas pressure spring for engine compartment lid (M4 Coupe, M4 Convertible)

For the following tasks, you must take the appropriate measures to support the engine compartment lid.
As an alternative, you can enlist the help of a second person to hold the engine compartment lid.
Make a written record of the installation position of the gas pressure spring(s) before removing.
Carry out BALL SOCKET REMOVAL at both ends (1) of gas pressure spring (2).
