Removing and installing or replacing amplifier

CAUTION: Read and comply with notes on PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DAMAGE (ESD PROTECTION) !

NOTE: Comply with notes on HANDLING OPTICAL FIBRES .

Necessary preliminary work:

Slacken nut (1).

Unlock latch mechanism (2).

Remove cover (3).

Installation note:

Make sure cover (3) is correctly seated.

Version with TV module or DVD changer:

Unscrew nut (1) and bolts (2).

Take off holder (3).

Unscrew nut (3).

Unlock plug connections (2) and disconnect.

Remove amplifier (1) with holder in direction of arrow.

Installation note:

Make sure amplifier (1) is correctly seated.

Replacement:

Release screw (1).

Pull amplifier (2) out of holder (3) in direction of arrow.

Installation note:

Lugs (1) must be correctly slid into guide (2).

Check that amplifier (3) is securely seated.
