Removing and installing/replacing hands-free microphone on steering column (M4 Convertible)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove STEERING COLUMN SHROUD UPPER SECTION .
Unclip microphone (1) from steering column shroud (2).
Feed out associated cable from steering column shroud (2).
Installation note:
Ensure correct cable routing.
Latch mechanisms for hand-free microphone (1) must not be damaged or missing.
Make sure hand-free microphone (1) is correctly latched on steering column shroud (2).
