Install expansion valve

- Replace the O-rings on the pipes (2).
Parts: O-rings
- Counter support the mounting plate (3) with the special tool 0 495 815 (64 1 140) .
- Secure the expansion valve (1) with a screw.
- Release special tool 0 495 815 (64 1 140) .
- Tighten the screws (1) and (2) on the expansion valve (3).
- Replace O-rings.
Parts: O-rings
- Position refrigerant line (2) correctly.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Refrigerant lines to expansion valve M6 tightening torque 8 Nm
