TECHNICAL INFORMATION
In case of a power interruption (for example by a discharged battery or an electrical fault), the parking lock must be unlocked manually, otherwise the wheels will be blocked and the vehicle cannot move.

Secure the vehicle from rolling away, for example with chocks.
Press the brakes in case of manually unlocking the parking lock. Otherwise there is a risk that the vehicle may roll away while manually unlocking the parking lock.

Manual emergency release of the parking lock
- Follow repair instructions!
- Vehicles with lever:
Turn the selector shaft with the lever from the Parking position (1) to the stop at the Neutral position (2).
The parking lock is unlocked.
- Vehicles without lever:
Using a wrench with key range 6, turn the selector shaft from the Parking position (1) to the stop at the Neutral position (2).
The parking lock is unlocked.
