Installing coolant expansion tank

NOTES FOR WORKING ON THE COOLING SYSTEM

Connect coolant line (2) on the coolant expansion tank (3) and lock it.
Make sure that the coolant line (2) engages audibly.
Release the clamping pliers (1) from the coolant line (2).

Feed in the coolant expansion tank (1) sideways.
Feed in the coolant expansion tank (1) into the guide (2) with the guide pin (3).

Position the coolant expansion tank (2).
Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Coolant expansion tank to body
M6x20	tightening torque	9 Nm

Connect and lock the coolant lines (1).
Make sure that you can hear the coolant lines (1) engage.
Feed in the clutch with Bowden cable (3) and install it.
Locks (2) must engage audibly.

Adjust coolant level to the maximum mark .

Close the sealing cap (1).
