Installing coolant expansion tank

NOTES FOR WORKING ON THE COOLING SYSTEM

Connect the coolant line (2) to the coolant expansion tank (3) and lock it in position.
Make sure that the cooling line (2) engages audibly.
Release clamping pliers (1) from the coolant line (2).

Feed in the coolant expansion tank (1) at the side.
Feed coolant expansion tank (1) with guide pin (2) into the guide (3).

Position the coolant expansion tank (2).
Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Coolant expansion tank to body
M6x20	tightening torque	9 Nm

Connect and lock the coolant lines (1).
Make sure that you can hear the coolant lines (1) engage.
Feed in and install the clutch with the Bowden cable (3).
Locks (2) must engage audibly.

Adjust the coolant level to the maximum mark .
