Prepare New Part

- Remove adhesive residue in area (2).
- Adjust new part and prepare for joining by welding in areas (1) and (2).NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Observe the installation position of the cavity sealing (3).
- Carry out the separating cuts on the new part according to the separating cuts on the vehicle.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Make a reinforcement plate (1)
(two parts) from the trim of the new part (2).
- Adjust the new part and the reinforcement plates (1) to fit.
- Prepare area (2) for joining by welding.
