Removing Engine Support In Front Of Bulkhead With Wheel Arch

- Mark and carry out the separating cut (1) roughly, in accordance with the diagram.
- Release welded connections in areas (2).
- Open the spot-welded adhesive joints in the area (3) and remove the carrier support section.
- Remove adhesive residue in area (3).
- Release welded connections in areas (1).
- Release the welded connections in the areas (1) to (3).
- Open welded connections in area (2) for both outer panels.
- Mark and perform the separating cut (1) in accordance with the schematic diagram. While doing so, carry out the separating cut only on both outer panels.
- Open welded connections in area (2). While doing so, open the welded connections for both outer panels.
- Loosen welded connections in areas (3).
- Open welded connections in areas (1) and (2).
- Open welded connections in area (2) for both outer panels.
- Release the spot-welded adhesive joints in area (1).
- In areas (2), open the welded connections for both outer panels.
- Open welded connections in area (1).
- Mark and make the separating cut (1) as shown in the diagram.
- Open welded connections in areas (2) and (3).
In areas (3), open the welded connections for both outer panels.
- Remove engine support with wheel arch.
- Open welded connections in areas (1) and remove the residual part (2) of the engine support.
