Installing the side sill trim panel

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

If applicable, replace the faulty screws and associated fixture (1).
Check the latch mechanisms of the mountings (1) and the side sill trim panel for damage, replace if necessary.
The latch mechanisms of the mountings (1) must not be damaged or missing.

Install the side sill trim panel (1) and clip in along dotted line.
Clip in the side sill trim panel (1) at the clip (2).

Mount the expanding rivets (1).
Mount the clip (2).

Tighten down screw (3).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Undershield, side
Hexagon screw	tightening torque	2.6 Nm
