Removing and installing/replacing trailing link on spring strut dome (2016-2022)
IMPORTANT:
Driving without the trailing link is not permitted.
(risk of damage to the body).
(risk of damage to the body).
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove COVER IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT on the left and right
Lever out covers (1) and release screws underneath.
Release screws (2) and remove trailing link (3).
Tightening torque 51 61 1AZ .
Installation note:
Replace screws and tighten to specified torque and then to angle of rotation.
