Grease the brake pads, the brake anchor plate and the brake caliper with the brake pad paste (17-inch low brake)

Clean the contact surfaces (1) of the brake pistons (4 pieces) with brake cleaner.
Check dust covers (2) for damage. Replace if necessary.

Replace the sliding plates (1).

Mount the sliding plates (1).
Make sure that the sliding plates (1) fit correctly in the guides.

Clean supporting surfaces (1) for the brake pads on the brake caliper.
If possible, do not clean the supporting surfaces mechanically in order to avoid damaging the surface coating.
Apply a thin coat of the brake pad paste to the contact surfaces (1).
