Wiring harness section for the sensor system for cylinders 1 to 4 (bottom)
- Route the wiring harness section for the sensor system of cylinders 1 to 4 and secure it with the clamps.
- Connect all connectors (1) and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (2) to the pressure sensor on the intake plenum and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (3) to the rail pressure sensor and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (4)
to the camshaft position sensor on the intake camshaft and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (5) to the Lambda oxygen sensor and the monitoring oxygen sensor and audibly lock it.
- Connect the connector (6) to the tank vent valve and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (7) to the DME control unit of cylinders 1 to 4 and lock it audibly.
- Tighten the screws (1) .

- Connect the connector (1) to the crankshaft sensor and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (2) to the solenoid valve and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (3) to the oil pressure sensor and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (4) to the oil-level sensor and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (5)
to the rear knock sensor and lock it audibly.
- Connect connector (6) at the cable of the temperature sensor for the engine oil temperature and coolant temperature and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (7) to the front knock sensor and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (1) to the auxiliary coolant pump and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (2) to the throttle valve and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (3) to the pressure sensor of the charge air cooler and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (4) to the intake VANOS solenoid valve and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (5)
to the VANOS exhaust solenoid valve and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (6) to the coolant thermostat and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (7) to the coolant pump and lock audibly.
- Connect the connector (8) to the coolant temperature sensor and lock it audibly.
- Tighten the screws (1) .

- Connect the connector (1) to the camshaft position sensor of the exhaust camshaft and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (2) to the high pressure pump and lock audibly.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector (3) to the hot film air mass meter.
- Connect the connector (4) to the electric controller drive of the wastegate valve and lock it audibly.
- Connect the connector (5)
to the alternator and lock audibly.
- Fasten all cables (1)
to the holder of the DME control unit.
- Connect all connectors (1)
to the DME control unit and lock.
- Mount cover (2) .
- Lock the locks (1) .
