Removing the radial shaft seal for the output to the front axle (ATC 13-1) (from 11/2016)

Use a slotted screwdriver to lever off the centrifugal disk (1) to the rear and remove.

Remove the protective cap (1) upwards using 2 slotted screwdrivers (2).

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Do not use a drill.
Shavings can damage the transmission and result in failure of the transmission.
Drive a hole into the radial shaft sealing ring (1) using a center punch.
Screw in special tool 0 491 454 (23 0 490) .
Drive out the radial shaft seal (1) with the impact weight (2).
