Install heat management module

Replace the O-Ring (1) and gasket (2).

Clean sealing surface (1).

Feed out the heat management module (1) to the outside rear out of the component carrier (2).

Tighten the screws (1) to (3).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Heat management module to engine block
Captive screws tightening torque	8 Nm

Insert coolant hose onto the heat management module and fasten with the clamp (5).
Make sure that the mark lines up.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.
Connect and lock the coolant hoses (3) and (4).
Clip in positive battery cable in area (2).
Connect connector (1).
