Removing and installing/replacing top cover on rear apron (4' Series Convertible)
Special tools required:
- 51 2 040
Necessary preliminary tasks:
Release clamps (1).
Feed out trim panel (2) in direction of arrow.
Installation note:
If necessary, replace faulty clips (1).
Release clamps (1).
Release impact plates (2) from trim (4) with special tool 51 2 040 .
Installation note:
If necessary, replace faulty clips (1).
Make sure edge protection (3) is correctly fitted on trim (1).
Feed out and remove trim on tail panel (1) in direction of arrow form trim panel for luggage compartment side member, right.
