Removing and installing (replacing) rear left or right side trim panel upper section (4' Series Convertible)
NOTE:
For improved accessibility, open hardtop and lid for hardtop.
Disassembly is also possible with the hardtop or lid for hardtop removed.

Release clamps (1).
Lever out protective cap (2) and release screw underneath.
Installation note:
If necessary, replace faulty clip (1) and protective cap (2).
Carefully release side trim panel upper section (1) upwards at clamp (2) and clip (3).
Disconnect plug connection on aerial amplifier and remove side trim panel upper section (1).
Installation note:
If necessary, replace faulty clamps (2).
Spray area of clamps (2) with cavity preservation.
If necessary, replace faulty clip (3) and associated cap mounting in body.
Side trim panel upper section (1) must be routed correctly in guides (4).
