Removing and installing/replacing C-pillar trim panel on left or right (4' Series Gran Coupe Sedan)

WARNING: Follow SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS for working on vehicles with airbag systems.

Attention!

Do not use any sharp-edged tools to remove trim (risk of damage to head airbag).

Removal:

Lever out trim (1) at point (2) and release and remove towards the front from the clamps (3).

Lever out trim (1) and release screw underneath.

Detach trim panel (2) inwards on the clips (3) and remove.

Installation:

Check the clips (3); they must not be damaged or missing. Replace where required.

Attach the trim panel (2) and engage with the clips (3).

NOTE: Make sure trim panel (2) is correctly seated against the edge protection.

Tighten the bolt and install the trim (1).

Tightening torque 51 43 2AZ .

Attach the trim (1) and lock on the clamps (3) and the point (2).
