Replacing FLEL control unit (4' Series Coupe/Convertible, 4' Series Gran Coupe Sedan)

Attention! 

Read and comply with NOTES ON PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DAMAGE (ESD PROTECTION) .

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove HEADLIGHT .

Removal: 

Release screws (1).

Remove Frontal Light Electronics (2) control unit.

Unlock and disconnect the connector (1).

Installation: 

Connect and lock the connector (1).

Installation note: 

Gasket (3) on control unit Frontal Light Electronics (2) should not be damaged or missing.

Install Frontal Light Electronics (2) control unit.

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 1.65 Nm

Required reworking: 

• Install HEADLIGHT .
• Carry out PROGRAMMING/ENCODING .
