REP-TAT-P-1153-02 Install connecting bracket on the engine block

Clean sealing surface (1).

Install connecting brackets (2) and connect to connector (1).

Position connecting brackets on engine block and fasten using screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Connecting bracket to engine block
M6 x 25	10 Nm

Insert coolant hose on the connecting bracket.
The marks must be aligned.
Fasten the coolant hose using the hose clamp (2).
Clip the wiring harness to the connecting bracket using clamp (1).

NOTE: Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

Lock coolant hose (1) and insert on connecting bracket.
